Kamsurf is a watersports school based at Pantai Cherating, Kuantan. Established in 1990’s by a local athlete, it has been promoting surfing, kitesurfing, windsurfing, SUP & other disciplines at the East Coast. Our stuff speaks 6 languages (English, Malaysian French, German, Italian and Russian).
Wind and waves have been recognized by Muslim and European sailors as unique climate characteristics of the East Coast of Malaysia since Medieval times. We leverage these key elements to build up a legendary sports destination worthy of tourists from all over the world.

At Kamsurf, we specialize in organizing watersports courses and expeditions for student groups aged 7–22. Every month, we proudly host over 300 school and university students from across Southeast Asia, offering them an exciting, safe, and transformative experience on the East Coast of Malaysia.

Our Group Activities
We are focused on SUP (April-October) and surfing (November-March) activities along with kayaking upon request
Surfing
Our surfing course includes inland and water briefings, practical hands-on experience with 1-2 students per coach, debriefing, and self-practice time. Prices start at RM 150 per person.
Stand-Up Paddleboarding (SUP)
Our SUP activities include a 2-hour introduction session and two types of expeditions—sea and river (3 hours). Prices start at RM 100 per person.
